• Maintain thorough knowledge of products for each treatment/therapy
• Creates plan that assists guests with Yoga programs 
• Able to promote and sell all programs (classes, activities, retail sales & services) to groups, individuals, walk-in guests etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and report any deficiencies of any spa equipment 
• Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the resort standards. 
• Ensure that equipment & facilities are in peak sanitary condition at all times     
• Deliver and collect linen inventory to and from Housekeeping on a scheduled basis 
• Ensure that inventory of all spa amenities and toiletries are well stocked at all times 
• Prepare products and treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and bookings   
• Direct guests to appointments and attend to their needs in every way possible 
• Assist guests with use of facilities such as sauna, steam, whirlpool etc.
• Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner. Check and clean lockers when needed
• Maintain accurate records as required by hotel and government regulations
• Understand and adhere to departmental emergency procedures and safety practices 
• Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to Spa Manager
• Assist in the operation of the spa department as required
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features

• Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics or diploma from a recognized school of alternative therapy
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a spa or hospitality industry
• Good oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages can be advantageous
