Job Description

  • Welcome guests warmly, provide tours of the spa facilities, and offer personalized assistance throughout their visit.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
  • Escort guests to treatment areas and ensure they are comfortable and well-informed about their services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment in all spa areas, including locker rooms and relaxation lounges.
  • Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, serving refreshments, offering amenities, and ensuring guest comfort.
  • Prepare treatment rooms in accordance with established guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor spa ambiance, ensuring appropriate temperature, lighting, music, and overall atmosphere.
  • Support spa therapists and team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory control and restocking of spa supplies and retail products.
  • Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on spa services, promotions, and wellness trends.
  • Help implement spa promotions and support special events.
  • Maintain accurate guest records to personalize future visits.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties to prepare the spa for smooth operation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or spa environment preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • A warm, friendly demeanor with a passion for guest service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
