Job Description

Greet and assist guests, providing information about services and ensuring a pleasant experience.
Keep spa facilities, treatment rooms, and public areas clean and sanitized.
Help therapists prepare rooms and maintain a comfortable environment during treatments.
Monitor and restock spa products, towels, and linens.
Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests.
Assist with appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and payments.
Provide guests with comfort items like robes, slippers, and refreshments.
Maintain a relaxing atmosphere with appropriate lighting, music, and temperature.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in spa services or hospitality can be beneficial.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, especially in a spa or wellness setting.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
Friendly, approachable, calm, and patient demeanor.
Knowledge of spa products, services, and basic administrative tasks.
