Job Description

Scope and Objectives:

The Spa & Membership Sales Manager is responsible to sell elite memberships for our luxury spa, gym, pool, and longevity treatment section. The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional with a passion for wellness, capable of engaging with high-net-worth individuals and promoting our exclusive offerings. This role is focused on driving membership sign-ups, fostering long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. Elite Membership Sales:
    • Sell elite memberships to prospective clients, offering a tailored and luxury experience that aligns with their wellness and lifestyle goals.
    • Actively prospect and engage potential clients through direct sales, referrals, networking events, and partnerships.
    • Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits and exclusive offerings of the hotel’s spa, gym, pool, and longevity treatment sections.
    • Track, monitor, and report on membership sales performance, achieving and exceeding set targets.
  2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members, ensuring a personalized and consultative sales approach.
    • Offer personalized tours of the spa, gym, and wellness facilities, highlighting key features and benefits of elite memberships.
    • Provide detailed information on membership packages, treatment options, and wellness programs tailored to individual needs.
    • Ensure smooth membership sign-up and renewal processes, with regular follow-ups to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
  3. Lead Generation & Networking:
    • Actively generate leads through various channels such as events, personal networks, local businesses, and collaborations with hotel guests.
    • Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and member acquisition, including special offers, exclusive events, and promotions.
    • Participate in promotional events and networking opportunities to enhance the brand presence and attract new members.
  4. Sales Reporting & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of memberships, leads, and client interactions in the hotel’s CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales reports to management, detailing key metrics such as membership growth, renewals, and sales performance.
    • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, payments, and member agreements.
  5. Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
    • Organize and manage member onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to using spa and wellness services.
    • Support members in discovering additional services and upgrades, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

 


    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Skills:

      • Proven experience (3+ years) in luxury sales, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment, with a strong focus on membership sales.
      • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a luxury setting.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele.
      • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to create tailored sales pitches that resonate with individual needs.
      • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking, and Microsoft Office.

    Preferred:

      • Background or interest in wellness, fitness, spa treatments, or longevity.
      • Experience working with elite clientele or in a high-end luxury environment.
      • Knowledge of spa and wellness trends, as well as longevity treatments.
