You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. As a Server at AMA Bar & Grill your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings will make guests feel unique and valued in a relaxed, outdoor and social atmosphere.  

Hourly Rate:  $15.17

What you will be doing:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Exceptional knowledge of promotions, food and beverage menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years’ serving experience in high volume, upscale full service restaurant required
• Previous fine dining experience and wine knowledge is an asset
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work in high temperature outdoor environment 

Certifications and Licenses:

• TB Clearance
• Maui County Liquor Card
• Hawaii Food Safety Certification 

Education

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and/or vocational training
• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an asset
