Senior F&B Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations

• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally

• Support training, scheduling, and performance management of F&B colleagues

• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards

• Assist in inventory control, cost management, and operational reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Good knowledge of service standards, hygiene, and safety practices

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
