• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites.

• Ensure all security personnel comply with health & safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.

• Identify potential security and safety risks and implement preventive measures.

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and accidents in line with approved procedures.

• Prepare incident, accident, and safety reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job training to security staff.

• Enforce the correct use of PPE and safe working practices at all times.

• Liaise with management, HSE teams, contractors, and emergency services when required.

• Monitor access control, crowd management, and emergency evacuation procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local laws.

• Previous experience in a security supervisory role

• Health & Safety certification 

• Knowledge of local safety regulations and emergency response procedures

• First Aid and Fire Warden certification is an advantage
