The hotel includes various F&B spaces consisting in an à la carte restaurant, a destination lobby bar, a pool bar with direct access to the beach area, meetings, Conference & Exhibition spaces consisting in 2 meetings rooms with a total capacity of up to 100 guests welcoming corporates & institutions to organize high-level events of the same certified standards as anywhere else in Europe. Also, well-being spaces, including an infinity heated outdoor pool, a SPA, gym & fitness spaces & a private-beach area.

The Security Manager at Green Coast Hotel, a prestigious 5 star star hotel, will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets. Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all security operations, maintaining a secure environment, and managing a team of security personnel. The leadership and expertise will help uphold the high standards of safety and security expected in an Accor hotel.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and Implement Security Strategies:
Create, review, and update security policies, procedures, and protocols to meet the highest safety standards.
Develop plans to prevent and respond to various security issues, including theft, vandalism, and emergencies.
Monitor Security Systems and Infrastructure:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control.
Ensure that security technology is up-to-date and functioning properly.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring effective scheduling, training, and performance management.
Conduct regular briefings and training to ensure all staff are prepared to handle security concerns and emergencies.
Incident Response and Investigation:
Respond promptly to all security incidents, conduct investigations, and document all findings.
Prepare detailed reports for management, detailing incidents and resolutions.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Guest and Employee Safety:
Ensure the safety of hotel guests and employees through regular patrols, monitoring of entrances and exits, and addressing potential risks.
Provide a visible presence to reassure guests and staff of their safety.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop, implement, and regularly test emergency evacuation and disaster response plans.
Coordinate emergency drills (fire, evacuation, medical, etc.) to ensure preparedness in case of incidents.
Compliance and Legal Regulations:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national security regulations, as well as Accor’s internal standards.
Maintain security certifications and ensure all required licenses are up-to-date.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage and monitor the security department's budget, including staffing, equipment, and training costs.
Ensure cost-effective measures while maintaining the highest level of security.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with the hotel’s management team, including the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, to address any security concerns or risks.
Participate in regular meetings with hotel leadership to align security initiatives with overall hotel goals.
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a senior security position within a luxury hotel or similar high-profile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, surveillance, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards, particularly in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and guest safety.
- Ability to remain calm and make informed decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and crisis management.
- Relevant certifications in security management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP, or equivalent) and first aid training.
- Degree or diploma in Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
