We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Executive to join our organization in Visakhapatnam, India. As a Security Executive, you will serve as a guardian and protector of our workplace, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all employees, visitors, and organizational assets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies while maintaining a vigilant and professional presence across all property premises. • Develop, implement, and oversee security protocols and procedures to ensure the overall safety and protection of employees, visitors, and organizational property
• Conduct regular and systematic security patrols, inspections, and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and security risks
• Investigate and thoroughly document any security incidents, policy violations, accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations with accuracy and transparency
• Analyze security data and incidents to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in security operations
• Manage and coordinate security personnel, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure consistent adherence to security standards
• Respond promptly and decisively to security emergencies and crisis situations, implementing appropriate containment and resolution measures
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all security incidents, investigations, and corrective actions taken
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address security concerns and implement preventive measures
• Monitor and manage security systems, access controls, and surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Provide clear communication and assistance to employees and visitors regarding security procedures and facility safety
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational security policies
• Conduct security awareness training and briefings to promote a culture of safety and responsibility across the organization

• Proven relevant security experience in a corporate or organizational setting
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide security personnel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focus on analytical thinking and risk assessment
• Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Proficiency in security systems, access control technology, and surveillance equipment
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to investigate incidents thoroughly and prepare comprehensive reports
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations, compliance requirements, and legal standards
• Experience in crisis management and emergency response procedures
• Highly responsible, reliable, and trustworthy with strong ethical standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Physical capability to perform security duties and patrols as required
• Certification in security management or related field is preferred
