Job Description

Sales Manager - Corporate Segmentation

Job Description

  1. Business Development
    Proactively identify and secure new corporate business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to maximize room revenue and overall hotel profitability.

  2. Account Management
    Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts through regular sales calls, client meetings, and contract negotiations to ensure consistent business production.

  3. Sales Planning & Market Analysis
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the corporate segment, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities to increase market share.

  4. Collaboration & Reporting
    Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide regular sales activity and performance reports.

Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  1. Sales & Hospitality Background
    Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within the corporate segment, with a strong understanding of hospitality sales processes.

  2. Relationship & Business Development Skills
    Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, develop corporate accounts, and build long-term client relationships.

  3. Results-Oriented & Strategic Thinking
    Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue strategy.

Your experience and skills include :

  • Relevant sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
