Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager-Corporate to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of corporate sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience in sales team leadership and management
  • Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate sales processes and industry trends
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and forecasts
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills for competitive landscape analysis
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance tracking
  • Sales management certifications are preferred
