Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in business management or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
