• Deliver exceptional room service and cleanliness in our hotel rooms
• Clean all areas of the guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and creating memorable guest experiences, with comfort and luxury in every room
• Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
• Adhere to Sofitel Brand standards and procedures diligently and seamlessly

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to a high standard
• Physical fitness, able to complete manual handling tasks safely and efficiently 
• Team working skills, with flexible availability to support the team across the week
• Attention to detail

• Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests 
• Efficient time management skills
• Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
