Our Housekeeping team is at the heart of the guest journey, ensuring every room is fresh, welcoming and beautifully presented. In this role, you’ll take pride in preparing guestrooms to a high standard, helping guests feel instantly at home from the moment they arrive.

Working in a supportive and friendly team environment, you’ll enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done while contributing to memorable stays for travellers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors and housekeeping areas to high standards
• Ensure rooms are beautifully presented, comfortable and ready for guest arrival
• Replenish linen, amenities and in-room supplies
• Report and manage lost property in line with hotel procedures
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain consistent service standards

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a positive team environment.

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Flexibility and availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
