Job Description

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
In charge for maximizing all hotel top line performance, room and F&B activity.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform decision- making.
Monitor and adjust room rates, availability, and distribution channels.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
Prepare and present revenue forecasts and reports to senior management.
Utilize revenue management systems and tools to enhance pricing strategies.

Qualifications

Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school.
Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English
