Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Le Beaulieu, the iconic French fine-dining destination with 124 years of heritage at the “Grand Dame of Hanoi” – Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.

 

Renowned for its gastronomic excellence, refined service, and an extensive, exceptional wine collection, Le Beaulieu has been honoured in the MICHELIN Selected List for two consecutive years (2024 & 2025) and named among Vietnam’s Top 25 Restaurants in the Robb Report Gourmet Collection 2024.

 

Alongside its acclaimed Sunday Brunch, tasting menus, and wine experiences, Le Beaulieu has also hosted extraordinary culinary events, from a 5-day takeover with the legendary Parisian restaurant La Tour d’Argent, with over 400 years of history, to a 3-MICHELIN-starred 4-hands dinner with Belgian Chef Viki Geunes.

 

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of this iconic dining destination – ensuring world-class luxury service, inspiring and developing a talented team, and upholding the restaurant’s reputation for contemporary French haute cuisine. You will also play a key role in delivering unique gastronomic experiences alongside celebrated guest chefs from around the world.

 


Qualifications

•Bachelor degree required.           

•More than 3 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining Michelin level restaurants.

•Asian experience preferred. Customer centric with superior communication skills, strong leadership and solid motivational ability. Dynamic and creative. 

•Excellent English essential – French and other languages are a benefit.

•Demonstrated knowledge of high end western cuisine - superior wine knowledge is a plus
