Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservations Manager to join our team in New Delhi, India. As the Reservations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our hotel's reservation processes, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the first point of contact.

  • Lead and manage the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service
  • Oversee all reservation channels, including phone, email, website, and third-party platforms, to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and improve the overall reservation experience
  • Monitor and analyze reservation trends, preparing regular reports and forecasts for management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest requirements and special requests
  • Manage and resolve complex reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and data protection regulations
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures for the reservation process
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and package offerings
