What you will bring to the role

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills across multiple channels
• Strong knowledge of reservation and CRM systems (Opera PMS preferred).
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in reservation records.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, special requests, and cross-department communication.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel standards, with previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating guest needs with professionalism and discretion.
