Job Description

Contract: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Availability: Flexible shifts, including weekends

Job Overview:
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends, to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest enquiries for hotel room bookings efficiently and professionally.

  • Process individual and group reservations accurately, following hotel policies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for reservations.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Front Office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during peak times as required.

  • Adhere to company standards and procedures for correspondence and service delivery.


Additional Information

Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
