Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Supervisor to join our hospitality team in ElGouna - Hurghada, Egypt. In this supervisory role, you will oversee reservation operations, lead a team of reservation agents, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. You will be responsible for managing daily reservations, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and organizational excellence.

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the reservation team, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
  • Monitor reservation systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy in booking management
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to reservation staff to support their professional development
  • Analyze reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all reservations and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with other departments including front desk, housekeeping, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and hospitality industry standards
  • Manage peak periods and staffing schedules to maintain service quality during high-demand seasons
  • Generate reports on reservation metrics, team performance, and operational KPIs for management review

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a reservation or hospitality environment
  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Proficiency with reservation management systems and hotel property management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or training preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (Arabic preferred) are advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Hurghada tourism market and hospitality industry standards is a plus
