Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Reservation Associate to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Reservation Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, reservations, and related services.

  • Manage room and service reservations efficiently through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries regarding availability, rates, and packages
  • Input and update reservation details in our system with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate special requests with relevant departments to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Promote additional services and upgrades to maximize guest experience and company revenue
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations and prepare occupancy reports as required
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Stay updated on property offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to guests

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
  • Proficiency in reservation software systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
