We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests and visitors
- Address inquiries and provide prompt solutions to client needs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Process and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with basic office management duties
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in front office operations or customer service preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of local business etiquette and cultural norms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
