Job Description

  • Greet, check-in,check-out respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
  • Handle guest requests effectively and promptly.
  • Cash handling which includes currency exchange and balancing a float.
  • Become familiar with group resumes ensuring all details of incoming and outgoing groups are observed.
  • Serve as sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services.
  • Maintain an excellent working rapport with all departments in the hotel.
  • Complete night audit tasks as assigned. 
  • Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service by applying our Service Standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to multitask in a changing environment while remaining calm and composed.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to build rapport with guests.
  • Having organizational and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Having work experience in the field of hotel or customer services.
  • To create an unforgettable impression by exceeding the expectations of the guests.
  • Having the ability to work with cash.
  • Solving issues related to guests' requests in a sensitive and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to continuously develop and learn.
  • Accuracy in work and ability to pay attention to details.

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
