1. Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities to meet our requirements.
2. Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
3. Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
4. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and improve service.
5. Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process.
6. Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.

• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and pricing data
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
