Job Description

  • Enhance brand positioning by driving positive media exposure and public awareness.
  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to highlight the resort’s tactical campaigns, wellness offerings, sustainability initiatives, and unique guest experiences.
  • Build a database and nurture strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to generate coverage.
  • Craft engaging press releases, media kits, and storytelling content for multiple platforms.
  • Organize press events, media visits, and interviews with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the partnership that elevate the hotel’s exposure and support the business conversion.
  • Oversee crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
  • Support marketing efforts by extending PR expertise into social media, content marketing, and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage and PR effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement in brand engagement.
  • Champion corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability messaging in all communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong network of media contacts and influencer relationships.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills in English (Thai native).
  • Experience in PR campaign management, media handling, and event coordination.
  • Understanding of digital PR, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Photography and digital media skills are a plus.
