We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Porter to join our Concierge team. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm welcome and memorable departure experience. This fast-paced and guest-focused position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless luxury service. 

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assist with luggage handling, storage and guest requests efficiently and safely
• Share local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a professional presence in the lobby 
• Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate when required
• Uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding hospitality at all times
• Provide overnight operational support to the Duty Manager and In-Room Dining team, including technical assistance for guest requests

• A passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and grooming standards
• Physical fitness and ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30kg
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• High degree of flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings and late nights
