Job Description

The Hotel Harbor / Port Representative plays an important role in providing a good experience to guests from the beginning by creating a seamless, memorable and safe experience for all guest upon arrival at the port, during stay and when guest depart from the hotel.
Assist guests with the embarkation and disembarkation process. Picking up guests at the port and assisting them with the check-in and baggage process.
Arrange guest transportation from the port to the hotel and vice versa.
Provide information about the hotel, facilities, and services to guests.
Handle problems faced by guests during the trip, such as delays or lost luggage.
Coordinate with the hotel to ensure that guests are well received and their needs are met.
