What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa & fitness services, protocols, and procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness of Pilates equipment, fitness equipment, common areas, and service areas.

• Bus and stock all service-area items including towels, water, ice, beverages, headsets, and supplies.

• Ensure smooth operation of all equipment through regular service checks, lubrication, and prompt reporting of work orders.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Pilates techniques, alignment principles, contraindications, and safe modifications.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all strength and cardio equipment and their safe use.

• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.

• Maintain professional Pilates certifications and pursue continuing education through training, workshops, and in-service learning.

• Administer wellness questionnaires and basic fitness evaluations as set forth by the Programs Administrator.

• Lead Pilates-focused sessions, including:

  • Mat Pilates

  • Core conditioning

  • Mobility & stretch classes

  • Barre-inspired movement 

  • Breathwork-infused Pilates 

• Support scheduling of personal training or Pilates appointments for Guests 

• Safeguard all Clients, Guests, Members, and Colleagues throughout each experience, while upholding the spa’s wellness philosophy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor (mat or equipment-based).

• Accepted Pilates certifications (e.g., STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Classical/Contemporary Pilates programs).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly responsible and reliable; able to work independently with limited supervision.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

• Ability to focus attention on Guest needs, remaining professional, calm, and gracious at all times.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Direct service providers such as Fitness Instructors are entitled to earn "commissions."

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
