People & Culture Supervisor

• Process day-to-day People & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner
• Create and update employee data record in system, personal files and assist with general filing
• Organize and execute employees’ social, athletic and recreational activities
• Assist colleagues will all HR related queries and questions
• Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees
• Prepare and issue contracts and onboarding to all new employees
• Manage resignation, exit interviews and clearance procedure

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
• Strong administration skills and skilled with Microsoft, SIPP, WLKP, e-Dabu, SunFish Programs.
• Experienced in handling HR administration, employee relations.
• Calm, intuitive, and gracious when handling employee matters.
• Working knowledge of the Indonesian Labor Law.
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities while supporting team success.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods.
