• Actively participate in the preparation and presentation of pastry products

• Work in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

• Have knowledge of kitchen culture and pastry techniques

• Address guest requests and ensure their satisfaction

• Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely procurement of missing ingredients

• Ensure the work area is clean and organized

• Collaborate harmoniously with team members

• Contribute to the development of innovative and creative products

• Effectively manage daily workflow

• Associate's Degree or University graduate

• At least 5, and no more than 10 years of experience as a Pastry Assistant

• English language proficiency (Intermediate level)

• Ability to adapt to workplace conditions

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a meticulous work habit

• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours

• Customer-oriented service approach
