Company Description

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Partnerships Intern to join our team. Based in Ennismore’s New York office and reporting to the Partnerships Manager, this role will support the global partnerships team across activations, compliance tracking, partner data management, business development, and end-to-end partnership launches.

This internship is ideal for a student or professional interested in partnerships, business development, and strategic operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to work from the office Tuesday through Thursday for the duration of your internship.


Job Description

What you'll do...

Partnership Compliance & Data Support

  • Monitor compliance across global partnerships to ensure obligations are met.
  • Organize and maintain key partner data to improve accuracy and tracking.
  • Explore the use of AI tools to streamline compliance monitoring and data organization processes

Business Development

  • Assist in researching and identifying potential new partnership opportunities in areas that Ennismore does not currently have partnerships with.
  • Support the creation of business leads in categories where Ennismore can expand its global footprint.
  • Trend analysis on experiences and cultural happenings across the hospitality industry.

Project & Operational Support

  • Contribute to the end-to-end planning and rollout of one new global partnership.
  • Draft materials, presentations, and meeting documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend and participate in daily, weekly meetings to support the Partnerships Manager and executive team.

Activation Project Management

  • Track deliverables of all activations.
  • Manage activation calendar and tracking of all contractual activations across all global partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in partnerships, business development, hospitality, or brand strategy. You understand and connect with Ennismore’s brands, from our vibrant lobbies to our food & beverage and cultural experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You work well under pressure, can juggle lots of demands and deadlines and can prioritize.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn within a creative, fast-moving environment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office
  • You have a can-do attitude. No task is too little or too big.
  • You are humble and open to ideas. We leave our ego at the door and help get things done.
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.

The pay for this role is $20 per hour.
