To be of service in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner.  To prepare beverages for guests and servers following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner.  To ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the restaurant..

• Exceed guest expectations
• Prepare beverages following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation
• Interact with guests in ways that makes them feel special
• Comply  with liquor laws
• Maintain accountability, both personal and financial
• Control bar costs
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar
• Control cost and waste in the work area
• Close out paper work

Hourly Rate of $19.50

• Must have minimum one year of restaurant experience and two years customer service experience
• Must have friendly, helpful, engaging manner.
• Food Handlers Card preferred
