Overnight Front Office Supervisor

This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning Summer 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $27.25 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $31.50.

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department, and ensure service standards are followed
• Provide managerial support for the Front Office in the overnight operational duties
• Ensuring proper staffing and scheduling of all Front Office colleagues in accordance to productivity guidelines
• Conduct training of new team members
• Be an ambassador for the ALL Accor program, by ensuring all members are given the highest level of service, and enrolling new members

• Minimum 1-year Front Office Supervisory experience
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is an asset
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (Opera)
• Proficiency in MS Office
