Job Description

You will work within the Revenue Management & Pricing Department and will be primarily responsible for implementing revenue management strategies across your hotel cluster in the Mediterranean region (Italy, Greece, Malta, Cyprus), in order to achieve revenue objectives by applying revenue management methods and maximizing net revenue contribution.

Main Responsibilities:

Revenue Management Strategies

  • Responsible for implementing global revenue management strategies within your defined portfolio.
  • As a subject matter expert, support hotel teams by ensuring the application of the current global corporate strategy.

Key Missions

  • Deliver services in line with contractual agreements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Develop individualized strategies for each hotel to optimize revenue streams and maximize KPI results.
  • Apply the C.A.D.R.E. method (Collect, Analyze, Decide, Recommend, Evaluate) to ensure effective implementation of hotel strategies.
  • Ensure revenue management systems and tools are properly installed and maintained.
  • Guarantee that planning and pricing are updated for at least 405 days.

Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze competitors in terms of content, pricing, and strategy.
  • Review market share data in order to outperform the hotel market.

Forecasting

  • Responsible for developing short- and long-term revenue forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to improve revenues and overall profitability.

Reporting & Meetings

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Organize weekly and monthly meetings depending on the service level of each hotel.
  • Analyze special event periods to optimize results for future events.

Support

  • According to the agreed service level, advise and support hotels on corporate and leisure rates, distribution contracts, and group evaluations.

Communication

  • Act as an intermediary between the Regional Revenue Manager, other members of the Commercial Development team, and local hotel teams.
  • Coordinate communication and ensure that information is clearly understood and implemented as instructed.

Experience & Education

  • University degree minimum, or equivalent experience in the hospitality/tourism industry
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
