We are looking for a Residences Manager to join the Mondrian team. 


Job Description

The Mondrian Residences Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential operations, ensuring the seamless management of apartment rentals and compliance with all legal requirements. The manager will act as the primary liaison for apartment owners, ensuring their expectations are met and their experience reflects the high standards synonymous with the Mondrian brand. Reporting to the Residential Building Manager, your duties will include:

Residential Apartment Management 

  • Oversee and manage the leasing and rental of residential apartments. 
  • Handle contracts, rental agreements, and tenant-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns promptly while maintaining a positive living experience. 
  • Coordinate maintenance and property management activities to uphold the building's luxury standards.

Owner & Resident Satisfaction 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for apartment owners, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Facilitate communication between owners, tenants, and service providers. 
  • Implement systems to regularly capture and address owner and resident feedback to improve services. 

Operations Management 

  • Maintain operational budgets for residential services, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising luxury standards. 
  • Collaborate with hotel management to integrate shared services and optimise resident access to hotel amenities. 
  • Develop and enforce building policies and procedures to ensure safety, privacy, and comfort. 
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain the quality and aesthetic of the premises. 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in luxury property management, residential operations, or a similar leadership role. 
  • Strong knowledge of Australian property laws, rental compliance, and tenancy agreements. 
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a concierge team. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with high-net-worth individuals. 
  • Experience in managing operations within a mixed-use luxury development. 
  • Relevant certifications in property management or real estate. 
  • Must hold a Full Australian Drivers License. 
  • Full Australian Working Rights are essential.
