Introducing 25hours Hotel The Olympia, opening in the vibrant Sydney suburb of Paddington. Housed within the iconic West Olympia Theatre, the hotel features 109 rooms, multiple dining spaces including The Palomar restaurant, Jacob the Angel café, and Monica, the roof-top bar. A new era awaits at 25hours Hotel The Olympia which will shape and transform the local hospitality scene, welcoming a vibrant and diverse team, bringing its vision to life. 


Job Description

COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW US YOUR VISION…

At 25hours, we don’t just provide a stay, we create an experience. As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the world sees and feels our brand. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and strategy to the table, making sure every campaign, partnership, and activation captures the quirky and elaborate DNA of 25hours.

Working closely with the Commercial Director and operational teams, you’ll help position the hotel as one of Sydney’s most exciting cultural and lifestyle destinations — from our food and beverage experiences to events and creative collaborations.

 

This is your daily contribution to make 25hours the most talked-about destination...

  • Support and drive creative marketing campaigns that highlight our hotel, food & beverage outlets, events, and guest experiences;
  • Amplify the 25hours brand story across all touchpoints — from social media and digital to print, PR, and on-property activations;
  • Support day-to-day marketing efforts, ensuring consistency, quality, and a tone of voice that’s unmistakably 25hours;
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and initiatives in line with business goals and revenue targets;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to produce high-impact content, visuals, and storytelling;
  • Stay in tune with Sydney’s local scene — from food and drink to music and art — and use your insight to craft campaigns that connect with our audience;
  • Help plan and promote brand events, collaborations, and experiences that drive buzz and foot traffic;
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI;
  • Build relationships with local creatives, influencers, and brand partners to amplify our voice and presence in the market;
  • Support with PR, media outreach, and community engagement, helping position 25hours as a cultural hub.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand marketing, preferably in lifestyle hospitality, entertainment, or similar creative industries;
  • A proven ability to deliver vibrant campaigns that generate buzz and drive engagement;
  • A natural storyteller who’s comfortable across digital, experiential, and traditional platforms;
  • A deep understanding of Sydney’s nightlife, food, beverage, and cultural scene is essential – your knowledge of the city’s pulse will help you make 25hours a must-visit destination;
  • Pre-opening experience is a big plus, you know how to build a brand from the ground up and launch with impact;
  • Energetic, curious, collaborative, and always ready to try something new.
