• Otel bünyesindeki kapılar, pencereler, mobilyalar ve tüm ahşap aksamların bakım, onarım ve yenileme çalışmalarını yürütmek,

• Özel üretim mobilyalar ve dekoratif ahşap uygulamalar dâhil olmak üzere gerekli tüm marangozluk işlerini gerçekleştirmek,

• Otel odaları ve ortak alanlarda ahşap yüzeylere yönelik hazırlık, boya, vernik ve cila işlemlerini yapmak,

• Önleyici bakım planları doğrultusunda periyodik kontrolleri gerçekleştirmek ve gerekli müdahaleleri zamanında yapmak,

• Ölçü alma, montaj, demirbaş kurulumları ve ayarlama işlemlerini eksiksiz şekilde yerine getirmek,

• Günlük yapılan iş ve görev kayıtlarını düzenli ve eksiksiz olarak tutmak,

• Kendisine verilen özel projeleri ve tadilat işlerini belirlenen süre ve kalite standartları çerçevesinde tamamlamak,

• Kullanılan tüm el aletleri, makine ve ekipmanların doğru, güvenli ve talimatlara uygun şekilde kullanılmasını sağlamak,

• Boya, vernik, cila ve solvent gibi kimyasal malzemelerin uygun ve güvenli koşullarda depolanmasını sağlamak,

• Çalışma alanlarının temiz, düzenli ve güvenli olmasını sağlamak,

• Departman ve otel genelinde geçerli olan İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği kurallarına eksiksiz şekilde uymak.

• Marangozluk alanında mesleki eğitim almış veya ustalık/kalfalık belgesine sahip,

• Otel, konaklama, büyük tesis veya benzer yapılarda marangozluk tecrübesi tercih sebebidir,

• Ahşap bakım, onarım, montaj, boya ve cila uygulamaları konusunda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi,

• Teknik çizim, ölçü alma ve uygulama konusunda dikkatli ve titiz,

• El aletleri ve marangozluk makinelerini etkin şekilde kullanabilen,

• Takım çalışmasına yatkın, sorumluluk sahibi ve iş takibi güçlü,

• Zaman yönetimi ve planlama becerisi gelişmiş,

• İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği kurallarına önem veren,
