Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Management Trainee for our Front Office operations in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Indonesia. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop future leaders in the hospitality industry. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of front office operations while honing your leadership and administrative skills.

  • Assist in managing daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Learn and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management skills
  • Support the front office team in maintaining accurate guest records and financial transactions
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and guest service standards
  • Shadow experienced managers to gain insights into leadership and decision-making
  • Engage in rotational assignments across various front office functions to gain comprehensive knowledge
  • Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn hotel management software
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
