What you will be doing:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure seamless operation of property systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Maintain the property’s pristine condition through minor repairs and upkeep, including painting and general maintenance.
• Monitor safety standards across all areas and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate service schedules for equipment repairs and installations.
• Oversee pool and spa maintenance to ensure luxury-level cleanliness and functionality.
• Provide gracious, knowledgeable support to guests regarding property amenities.

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well as part of a team
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
