• Liaise with the Department Manager regarding supervision of contractors within the Hotel, ensuring work is to the standard required by Accor and manufacture specifications.
• Assist with the implementation of strategies for the effective control of all Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Services within the Hotel.
• In conjunction with the Department Manager, develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimise expenses as well as procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the department.
• Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising the maintenance function, with supervisory qualifications desirable.
• Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
