About the Application Process:
At Fairmont, we want to bring out your highest potential. Shortly after applying, you will receive an email from our partner AssessFirst prompting you to create a profile and complete a questionnaire. This is a mandatory step for your candidacy to be considered as it enables us to explore your compatibility with this role and our culture of luxury excellence.
Guest Experience and Loyalty Coordinator is in charge of the day to day operations of the Accor Live Limitless Desk. They are responsible in continuously providing our most loyal guests an outstanding hotel experience by ensuring the Perfect Arrival/Check-in, proper room assignment, delivery of soft benefits, accurate billing and a timely departure. This person is to be a role model for Guest Relations and to ensure all guest challenges are resolved to satisfaction.
- Ensure we meet all Accor standards for Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Operations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards as well as be available to work flexible shifts which would include but is not limited to : mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must abide by the grooming standards set out in the colleague handbook as well as any further requirements which are deemed necessary by your manager
- Identify and solicit potential new ALL members
- Orchestrate pre-registration and check-in of Loyalty Guests’ rooms
- Be able to perform a variety of guest requests and think creatively when called upon in order to establish a memorable experience for every guest and member
- Updating Opera and member profiles with member preference and personalization opportunities.
- Build relationship with our members and ensure ACDC guest profile updates are top of mind.
- Complete Daily Front Desk Audits and Monthly ALL Audits
- Tracking Accor Live Limitless reservations and patterns to ensure your hotel has sufficient usage data to predict and satisfy future Loyalty guest demands.
- Resolve all Loyalty Member concerns prior to guest departing and inform Director of Guest Experience when difficulty turning things around prior to guest departing Hotel.
- Drive member engagement, experience, and satisfaction
- Ensure all Front Desk Agents are well trained on the specific procedures of the ALL Desk and review procedures on a regular basis.
- Ensure rate integrity and all billing instructions are set-up as per pre-arrival standard.
- Ensure all service responsibilities are not just yours, but that all of the ALL Desk colleagues take ownership in servicing our Accor Live Limitless members.
- Be able to participate proficiently in functions outside one’s department when called upon
- Minimum 1 year in Front Desk experience
- An outgoing and enthusiastic nature
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills
- Decisive problem solving skills
- Display a consistent team oriented philosophy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility with schedule
- Previous training experience is an asset
- Previous Opera PMS Experience an asset
- Previous Loyalty Program experience an asset
