Job Description

  • Greet and assist employees with locker assignments and access in a polite and professional manner
  • Issue, collect, and swap locker keys, access cards, or wristbands as needed
  • Maintain accurate logs of locker assignments, swaps, returns, and lost keys
  • Regularly clean and disinfect lockers, handles, benches, and high-touch surfaces
  • Ensure locker areas are well-organized, safe, and meet cleanliness standards at all times
  • Check lockers daily to ensure they are functioning correctly; report broken or jammed lockers for maintenance
  • Handle employee requests for locker changes, key replacements, or forgotten access cards
  • Monitor locker room activity to ensure proper use and prevent misuse or unauthorized access
  • Restock locker room supplies such as towels, tissues, hygiene items, sanitizers, or shoe covers (if applicable)
  • Collect and log lost and found items; ensure proper storage and return when claimed
  • Dispose of any unclaimed or expired items from lockers according to company policy
  • Support in maintaining proper ventilation and odor control in locker areas
  • Assist with periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including wiping walls, mopping floors, and organizing storage areas
  • Communicate with housekeeping or maintenance teams for urgent issues (e.g., leaks, faulty lighting, broken tiles)
  • Assist in the setup and coordination of locker zones for new employee onboarding or special shifts
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with facility regulations
  • Provide general support to facility operations as required by supervisors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interest in customer service and willingness to learn in a hospitality or recreational environment.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Reliable and responsible, especially when handling keys, access cards, and guests’ personal belongings.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Basic computer literacy; ability to learn simple systems such as locker controls or POS (training will be provided).
  • Physically able to be on your feet and assist guests as needed throughout the shift.
  • Neat and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends, holidays, or evening shifts if required.
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
