Lobby Host & Service Attendant (m/f/d) - 10h/week

We call the 25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier our vibrant circus. Life pulses here from the ground floor to the attic—and even outside our doors, with a park and top-notch cultural entertainment nearby. We love making the most of that together after work. How does your work day look like …

• You are the central point of our lobby: you know the hotel inside out, are aware of which events are happening and where, and you’re the go-to person for our guests whenever they need information.
• You make sure our lobby always looks inviting — from cleanliness and furniture setup to a perfectly stocked running station with water, glasses and all the little details that make the difference.
• You take care of our shop with great attention to detail: keeping it tidy and well presented, checking fridges, managing inventory, maintaining product overview and handling the cashier system.
• You keep the atmosphere just right: lighting moods, music and system updates are under your responsibility, while staying closely aligned with the team.
• You are a natural host: you take orders in the lobby, serve drinks and prepare coffee specialties — efficiently, warmly and always with a smile.

• You are a natural host who enjoys engaging with people and supporting guests warmly, proactively, and solution‑oriented — whether it’s providing information, assisting in the lobby, or handling service tasks.

• You stay organized and focused even in a lively lobby environment, with a strong eye for detail to ensure the atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall presentation are always on point.

• You have service experience or a strong affinity for guest service, preparing beverages and interacting with guests in a friendly, attentive, and team‑oriented way.

• You bring solid organizational skills and feel comfortable taking ownership of processes such as shop presentation, inventory control, and operating the cashier system.
