• Develop and implement recreational activities.
• Supervise the Lifestyle operations that ensures the satisfaction of the guests.
• Maximize the Lifestyle revenue by promoting private sessions.
• Train and coach the Lifestyle team and follow up on the delegated tasks.
• Complete administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
• Conduct group and personal sessions to in house guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the recreational areas

• College diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Certification in massage therapy or aesthetics from a recognized school
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position in a or related field
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
• Past experience of working in the Maldives
