Job Description

  • Develop and execute the hotel’s annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar

  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with Department Heads

  • Deliver onboarding, brand induction, service culture, compliance, and leadership training programs

  • Facilitate soft skills, operational, and supervisory development workshops

  • Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning and career pathways

  • Support performance management processes and individual development plans

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and Accor/Raffles learning frameworks

  • Monitor training effectiveness and prepare monthly L&D reports and metrics

  • Promote employee engagement activities and a learning culture across the hotel

  • Manage training budget and external training providers


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in hospitality or luxury hotels

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management System platforms

  • Passionate about developing people and service excellence
