Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning & Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organization's goals and enhance employee performance.

  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and develop strategic learning plans
  • Design and implement innovative learning solutions, including e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training programs
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans
  • Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee the administration and utilization of the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and consultants
  • Create and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their impact on business outcomes
  • Coach and mentor a team of learning and development professionals
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization
  • Align learning initiatives with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing high-impact learning and development programs
  • In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Advanced expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Exceptional project management and budget oversight capabilities
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications and advanced computer skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Extensive experience in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Demonstrated capacity to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Unwavering commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry trends
