1. To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized.
2. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage. 
3. Ensure compliance with all EHS requirements in line with the company policies and procedures.
4. Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
5. To carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
