Laundry Supervisor

The Laundry Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of  laundry department. He/She will ensure that all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry are cleaned, maintained, and delivered efficiently while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Qualification and Skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Certifications in laundry operations, housekeeping management, or workplace safety.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within hotel or commercial laundry settings
• Knowledge of laundry processes, including sorting, washing, drying, and quality control.
• Familiarity with commercial laundry machines and maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper handling for safety compliance.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate laundry staff for efficient workflow
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage operations smoothly
• Ensuring linens, uniforms, and guest laundry meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Enforcing health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
