Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laundry operations (washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution).

• Ensure timely supply of clean linen and uniforms to all departments.

• Maintain high hygiene and quality standards in laundry processes.

• Monitor laundry inventory and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.

• Train and manage laundry team members; assign duties and shifts.

• Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of all laundry equipment.

• Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests with care and professionalism.

• Maintain laundry records, including linen usage and damaged items.

• Implement energy-saving and eco-friendly practices.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).

• Specialized training in laundry operations is an added advantage.
