Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Learning & Development (L&D) Supervisor to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As an L&D Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that align with our organization's goals and enhance employee performance.

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs, including seminars, workshops, and e-learning courses
  • Integrate various learning approaches across the organization to maximize employee development
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D strategies and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
  • Utilize innovative media and technology to create an engaging learning environment
  • Implement a variety of training methods, including e-learning, mentoring, and open communication channels
  • Maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand and address their team's training needs
  • Assist in developing career paths and succession planning initiatives
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to continuously improve our programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar L&D role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to large groups confidently
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant L&D software
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key performance indicators
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Authorization to work in Saudi Arabia

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
